Our client has 4 vacancies for customer service assistants to join their busy, friendly team. If you have customer service experience – face to face – or over the telephone – and you love to work with customers – we would like to hear from you! These are permanent positions working Monday to Friday (daytime hours). Read on……………… Our client has permanent vacancies for Customer Service Assistants to be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Your role will involve assisting with orders, account enquiries, stock checks and pricing enquiries, problems and complaints, cancellations and refunds and other queries. You will ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate communication and coordinating with other departments to resolve enquires. The role • Use phone to speak to customers and verify required information • Place or cancel orders, arrange credits and replacement products and resolving customer queries • Ensure all orders received are entered into the system accurately • Suggest solutions when a problem occurs. • Build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty • Liaise between departments and customers to efficiently answer general enquiries concerning deliveries Liaise on a daily basis with your colleagues and update them on any developments in your work, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist. Requirements • Previous customer service experience • Experience of building relationships with customers • Can demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations • Excellent numeracy skills • Excellent communication skills • Proficient at Microsoft Office • Demonstrates a good level of negotiation skills with internal and external customers Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
