Our client has an exciting, permanent opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist. They operate in a busy environment, dealing with mainly corporate customers, where you will maintain the highest level of service delivery throughout the operation and to ensure customer expectations are met and where possible exceeded. This role would be suitable for someone to launch their career as a professional receptionist and would suit a move from retail, customer services or hospitality sectors. The shifts are 5 days out of 7 days. 37 hours a week. Shifts are 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm. They provide excellent benefits and have a significant pay award pending, all of which make this a very appealing role. This role is consistently versatile, interesting and also challenging. Duties include: • Greeting and registration of guests and delegates • Cashier functions • Checking out • Dealing with enquiries and providing information both in person and on the telephone • You will also be involved in vital interdepartmental communications, problem solving and dealing with reservations.
