Reward and Engagement Specialist

Full time , Permanent , Bedford £45,000 per annum Ref No: IPRS6391

Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Reward and Engagement Specialist. They are on a journey to improve their employee experience, through the complete lifecycle of each employee’s career with them. They aim to be an employer of choice and want employees to enjoy their time at work. You will own the whole Reward, Compensation and Engagement piece within the business. • Review and maintain the complete Benefit package to engage current employees and attract potential new talent • Propose new ideas for employee engagement • Review the bonus and commission plans annually, ensuring they create the right behaviours • Manage the company engagement platform, ensuring content is promoting engagement • Support the administration of reward programmes and to ensure that all required records are maintained • Produce other ad-hoc data analysis, reporting and presentations as required • Create an engagement calendar for regular engagement posts • Partner with department heads to perform job evaluation and grading exercises, to ensure they are competitive in the market • Collect and analyse external market data and internal pay data to carry out salary benchmarking • Create an EVP to promote the company by making them an employer of choice • Work with the Marketing team to create an engaging employer brand, both internally and externally • Lead and roll out all internal reward communication and people news • Work in collaboration with the Recruitment team to create a true Diverse and Inclusive culture • Assist the Head of HR and Payroll Manager to report on Gender Pay Gap • Manage regular engagement surveys through the engagement platform • Attend related webinars/conferences to keep abreast of current trends and gain new ideas About You • Well organised, with ability to prioritise workloads • Analytical, with good excel skills • Accurate and strong attention to detail • Communicative, both verbal and written • Creative • Influential • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (either Hay, hkp, Radford, WTW or Mercer) • Previous experience working within reward and engagement Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
