Our client has a temporary vacancy for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to provide additional assistance to support a busy purchase ledger team over the year end.
This temporary role is for around 8 weeks (ending September 2022) is full time and office based.
The main duties will involve:
• Processing invoices into the accounting system
• Matching invoices received to purchase order
• Processing staff and student expense claims
• Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
• Reconciliation of supplier statements where required
You will need to be an experience purchase ledger clerk, able to hit the ground running.
