Our client has a temporary, ongoing vacancy for a Purchasing Administrator. The role is working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The job • Process and place purchase orders • Monitor delivery and shipping status • Update order status. • Follow up delivery discrepancies • File and distribute documentation. The Person • Have good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel • Quick learner on new systems • Good written and verbal communication skills • Strong administration skills • Have good attention to detail.
