Our client has a permanent vacancy for a HR Administrator to provide the Firm with support in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role is integral to the team in being able to offer a first-class service to the business whilst delivering key People projects. You can expect exposure to all parts of the employee experience including: Building HR generalist knowledge by working with teams across all six locations Engaging with all levels of management and supporting different teams Playing a pivotal role in People projects Driving recruitment and the onboarding experience Supporting learning and development initiatives Some of your duties will cover: Ownership for all administration associated with the employee lifecycle Managing the People systems Supporting with employee engagement and communications Developing new and improving existing administrative processes and tools Assisting with recruitment activity and improving the on-boarding experience This is fantastic opportunity to make a real difference whilst developing your HR skills and knowledge.
