Our client has an immediate start for a 1st line support assistant to provide temporary cover. The main purpose of this role is to deal with incoming calls, provide initial support and log the request onto the system. The role is full time and expected to 2 – 3 weeks, with shifts being 8.00 am to 4.30 pm or 9.30 am to 6.00 pm.
Ideally you will be proficient in 1st line support with excellent customer service skills. A professional, polite and friendly approach is essential.
