Account Support Executive

Full Time, Permanent Milton Keynes £20,000 to £24,000 per annum Ref No: IPRS5435

Our client has a permanent vacancy for an Account Support Executive to manage the smooth day-to-day operational running of the allocated account. The position is working within an existing team, working closely with customers across Europe and further to create and run individually tailored programmes. The main objective is to provide the highest possible level of service and the creation of exciting and engaging consumer activity for clients. You will need to be passionate about client and customer satisfaction, be able to manage workload and conflicting priorities and have excellent attention to detail. You will be experienced in dealing with clients and programme participants, be confident, articulate, numerate, self-motivated and enthusiastic. The Role: • Ensure excellence for each account you look after • Work independently and as part of a team • Ensure best practices are maintained with high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring SLA’s are met • Help present ideas to existing and new clients • Deliver day to day activities • Work alongside the Account Manager to ensure the accounts are operated to agreed standards and propose improvements • Work with other teams and departments Requirements: • Experience in operating programme solutions delivering excellent client service • Agency experience preferred • Very good communicator • Multi-tasking, time management and prioritisation Skills • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite • Fluent in French and/or Dutch and other European languages would be advantageous • Content management experience • Experience in digital and web-based solutions • Creative language with excellent grammar, spelling and tone of voice Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
