Our client operates within the professional services sector and has a permanent, full-time vacancy for an Archiving Assistant to join their team.
•Assisting with the archiving of client files.
•Preparing files for archiving, retrieving and returning archiving to storage.
•Assisting the Facilities team will general office tasks as and when required.
•To ensure that confidentiality is always maintained.
•To undertake any administrative task as requested by the team.
·Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop a good rapport with all the members of the team.
·Team player, able to fit into a friendly but busy team.
·Excellent organisational ability with a friendly but professional attitude.
·Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
·Ability to work unsupervised.
·Basic accounts experience would be an advantage.
·Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with a wide range of internal and external clients / suppliers.
·Ability to work well on your own and within a team.
·Experience within a similar role.
·The ability to work using your own initiative.
·Good IT skills (Microsoft Office).
·A Driving License.
·Experience of manual handling.
