Benefits Platform Executive

Full Time, Permanent Milton Keynes £22,000 to £23,000 per annum Ref No: IPRS5584

Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Benefits Platform Executive to work with the Account and Operational Teams to effectively set up new and demo Employee Benefit programmes. You will set up new clients for salary sacrifice portals and product windows/schemes. The role Update content across Key Segment Products and in line with special and time limited offers. Assist in management and maintenance of content for individual client programmes. Ensure competitions and promotions are run in accordance with promotion rules. Offer key support to Product and Account teams. Monitor the EBProduct Support inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner. Collate, investigate and respond to customer cashback claims Manage internal and client queries regarding product windows Cross-reference and authorise client invoices for all cycle2work applications Liaise with Finance team regarding credit notes/queries. Weekly cycle upload and troubleshooting (if necessary) for client. Weekly carousel maintenance Monthly report for client. Monthly demo site shutdown process and sales demo credentials. Write monthly marketing text for benefits platform special offers (including short, Tweet-sized paragraphs and a newsletter piece) Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. To support the ambition and creation of an Operations Centre of Excellence for the business Take responsibility for the administration and smooth running of the day to day account activities. Be responsible for the development of the client communications for promotions and competitions as appropriate. Ongoing updates to changes in content across the various products Set up EB product schemes and windows. The Person Attention to detail is critical Sound knowledge of Excel, Word and Photoshop Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Positive and proactive – glass half-full attitude, with great initiative and will take on everything with a “can-do” approach Flexible and responsible - not put off by a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines A real team player – willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in Experience of working with the Employee Benefits area desirable but not essential.
