Our client has a vacancy for a Business Development Advisor to join their team. This role is working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is offered as a long-term temporary ongoing position, expected to last at least 12 months.
You will be working with a small, friendly team in a business to business environment working with organisations of all shapes and sizes across the UK including global organisations and blue-chip clients.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on business development professional who really enjoys talking to clients and steering them towards a purchase.
You will be working entirely from warm sales leads and general enquiries - talking to professional people who have already expressed an interest in the services offered by this organisation. You must have excellent rapport building skills and a strong customer service focus. The role has a strong focus on sales telephone calls.
A keen interest in management development would be advantageous but by no means essential.
