Conveyancing Administration Assistant

Full Time, Permanent Luton £18,000 per annum Ref No: IPRS5543

Our client has a full-time permanent vacancy for a Conveyancing Administration Assistant.The working hours of the role will be Monday-Friday 9am to 5:15pm
You will provide competent and efficient support to the conveyancing department ensuring full CQS compliance at all times.

Duties and responsibilities

·Opening and closing files;

·Providing quotes;

·Sending out engagement packs;

·Printing and collating documentation;

·Attending to incoming and outgoing post;

·Liaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors by providing updates and progressing the transaction;

·Preparing Contract documentation;

·Obtaining searches and replies to property questionnaires;

·Obtaining title deeds, Land Registry title and plans;

·Assist with preparation of Completion Statements and assist with completing transactions

·Registration of title and dispatch of deeds to lender and client;

·Using Case Management System, Land Registry Portal, SDLT, Outlook, Excel etc;

·Typing, filing, photocopying and scanning;

·To cover reception, post and bank duties as and when required.
