Due to an increased workload, our client has a requirement for candidates with previous conveyancing experience to join their small but busy team.
Your duties will include all aspects of conveyancing work including:
Dealing with correspondence and legal documents including conveyancing forms ie searches, land registry forms, etc.
To assist with phone calls and enquiries
Liaise with solicitors, clients and agents, banks, building societies and introducers of work
Completions and Post Completions work - ensuring all signed documents, searches and monies are in place, receiving and forwarding sale/purchase monies
Sorting and sending Rights and Deeds
Assisting with calculating and typing client bills, preparing completion statements and organising paperwork for raising client cheques and nominal expenses
Updating the case management system
