Conveyancing Executive

Full Time, Permanent Birmingham £18,000 to £27,000 per annum Ref No: IPRS5202

Our client has a vacancy for a Conveyancing Executive with experience of plot sales to join their Birmingham based Real Estate group. This role is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.

The role is to work as Conveyancing Executive with the team to provide a high quality legal service to Housing Association clients, dealing with a variety of sale transactions including shared ownership sales, 'Right To Buy', ‘Surrender’ and Plot Sales’ transactions.

Your key duties as conveyancing Executive will be:
• checking help to buy documentation
• job sharing and running your own plot sales caseload
• working as part of a larger team and handling all aspects of the conveyancing sales process for the Housing Association clients
• maintaining close contact throughout the process with clients
• providing an excellent service to our in-house plot sales team and site agents

Key skills and experience you will have:
• a minimum of 12 months’ practical experience of residential conveyancing work
• previous responsibility for dealing with Plot Sales transactions
• strong IT skills
