Our client has vacancies for customer service specialists. This role suits people who have a real passion for helping people and making a difference. They want to recruit people who can give first class customer experience. As the role is telephone based, you will be handling enquiries and providing advice in a professional and friendly manner. This is not your typical call centre environment. Working as part of a friendly and cohesive team, the role is unscripted, where it is quality based, not quantity. You'll enjoy a 35 hour contract, with shift patterns. The hours of work are between 8am till 9pm, Monday to Friday and between 9am and 5pm on Saturday, total 35 per week, 7 hours per shift, on a rotational basis. Handling a range of inbound calls, you’ll play a pivotal role when it comes to providing real time information, you’ll do more than just communicate; you’ll advise, dipping into your empathy, and ability to help customers get the right outcome for them.
