Our client has a vacancy for a Financial Accountant. This is a temporary position with an immediate start. The role is expected to last 3 months.
• Experience at Finance Manager level or above.
• Quick learner, able to adapt and apply their financial accounting skills in a fairly complex environment
• Oracle Financials experience desirable
• Used to working with high volume data
• Advanced Excel skills essential
• Basic bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks
• Maintain up to date financial accounting records for the business.
• Produce supporting reconciliations for all key balance sheet control accounts.
• Prepare and process General Ledger journals.
• Produce accurate and up to date records of the cash flow and current daily cash position of the business
• Assist in the production of timely and accurate monthly financial and management accounts.
• Assist the Senior Finance Manager as required in other finance and administration requirements of the business.
• Able to provide back up and support / share workload with our senior Finance Manager while we work through some business integration issues.
