Our client has a vacancy for a General Facilities Maintenance Operative. The role involves working within a small team that prides itself on its integrity and high standards, this role requires someone with a positive can do attitude, who demonstrates high energy levels and environmental awareness.
The ideal candidate should be physically fit and have similar previous experience.
You will support the Facilities department doing a wide range of tasks and new challenges that come daily to include:
Planned Maintenance checking
Repairs & general maintenance duties
Fire alarm and panel competency
Air conditioning control competency
Out of hours support
You will interact with all levels of the company as part of the provision of Facilities services, be able to oversee and accompany contractors. You must be a hands on team player
