Our client has a vacancy for a Hotel Receptionist to assist and ensure the Reception department is manned efficiently and effectively. To maintain the highest level of service delivery throughout the operation and to ensure customer expectations are met and where possible exceeded.
The shifts are 5 days out of 7 days. 37 hours a week. Shifts are 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm.
There is an option to live in with this role.
• Checking guests in and out
• Dealing with enquiries, in person, by phone and email
• Taking reservations
• Handling postal and package deliveries
• Dealing with payments
