Our client has a requirement for a qualified and experienced HR Advisor to support the HR Manager.
This will be on a temporary contract starting February 2021, likely to be for 3 months, possibly longer.
You will be working within a professional services environment and will ideally have experience of dealing with a range of employees at different levels within an organisation.
As the HR Manager is working to build the HR infrastructure for the organisation the type of projects you will find yourself involved in will include writing policies and procedures, writing job specifications and putting together a performance and development programme for the organisation. Attention to detail is essential.
The organisation has approximately 440 employees over 24 sites across the UK - so there is much to be done!
