Our client has an exciting opportunity with an immediate start for a Marketing Executive to join their team. This is an ongoing contract for at least 6 months - possibly longer.
You will support the marketing and communications activity within the business and work closely with colleagues in the wider business community. You will research, create and drive aspects of the whole marketing channel, with full support from the Director of Marketing and other departments.
They are looking for an ambitious individual with a smart and professional eye for detail. This role would suit someone with a passion for marketing and a desire to work within a highly professional function. Full training and support will be provided.

Marketing and Communications
Undertake planning and preparation of information for brochures, flyers and other communications materials.
Write copy and set up email marketing and social media campaigns.
Prepare project briefs for external designers, liaising with colleagues and the Senior Marketing Manager for production of video content, advertising and collateral, sourcing images and writing and editing copy.
Assist with the measurement of marketing campaigns, reporting on those campaigns, and disseminating this information to key stakeholders.
Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and events team to plan, promote, deliver and measure the success of events locally, nationally and internationally and to provide support to staff involved in organising/attending events.
To represent the organisation at any appropriate events in agreement with the Senior Marketing Manager.
Provide administrative support for internal events. Organise accommodation, catering and transport.
Working with the Marketing team to increase attendance at events and invite participation from outside the organisation to raise its profile.
Ensure specific elements of the website are as effective and attractive as possible, making sure the key information is displayed, that the site is easy to navigate and that content, including social media, is regularly updated.
Day-to-day management of the website, planning and gathering material, selecting and manipulating images, working with those people who have content to go on the web, editing content the adding/updating of content and ensure a consistent approach across the whole of the site.
Creating compelling copy for the websites and other digital channels, ensuring an optimal user experience. There will be opportunity to assess existing content and to regularly write new copy.
Ensuring that web pages are up to date and those that receive low levels of unique visits per annum are checked for relevance and quality, and if not needed are removed.
To carry out administrative duties to ensure the successful operation of the team and deal with ad hoc enquiries that come into the Marketing team.
Provide general administrative support to the Senior Marketing Manager, including meeting organisation, presentation preparation, information gathering, and any other related tasks as required.
You will communicate with a wide range of people throughout the organisation therefore you must be professional and confident.
