Our client is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary/Paralegal for their Matrimonial department. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career. Ideally you will have experience of working within a busy department, meeting deadlines and managing client expectation. The position would suit someone who is approachable, flexible, confident, and accurate and has an eye for detail. Ideally you should be used to dealing with a busy and varied workload with an ability to remain calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities • Prepare correspondence and documents from digital dictation and Bighand • Prepare and create client documentation • File correspondence and relevant document retained in client files • Manage the case management system • Record and manage time and billing on behalf of the fee earner Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
