Our client operates in a 4 star hotel and conference environment and has a permanent vacancy for a Night Duty Manager. Your main purpose is to ensure the front of house and reception desk is manned efficiently and effectively. To maintain the highest level of service delivery throughout the operation. To ensure customer expectations are met and where possible exceeded. Ensuring the security of the Centre and its welfare and guest care to its customers. You will work 5 days out of 7 days. Shifts are 11pm to 7am. You should have experience in a similar role, or as a hotel or conference duty manager.
