Our client has a permanent vacancy for an Order & Data Management Administrator You will need to have the ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer. Expectations are to help identify new opportunities to improve existing processes, maintain accurate, detailed records and reports whilst managing your own workload through close liaison with other members of the Operations & Fulfilment team.
You will need to be well-organised, confident and motivated, with great attention to detail. Happy working in fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
To ensure that all orders and data, regardless of product type or program are processed in an accurate and timely manner within agreed SLA's.
To support Customer Care and client facing Account Teams in dealing with enquiries specifically related to the Order Processing & Data Entry function, communicating effectively with all stakeholders and to update internal systems with all relevant information.
To assist with the daily management of goods receipt and despatch in line with business requirements
