Our client has a permanent, part time vacancy for an enthusiastic administrative professional who is organised, IT literate, with a ‘can do’ attitude and keen to join a friendly Operations team. Previous administrative experience gained in an office environment is essential as this is a varied and challenging role that will give you great insight into the way a highly regulated profession is run. The main responsibilities of the role will be to support the Operations Manager in updating and maintaining various Compliance documents including the firm’s Registers, Policies, and Practice Manual. You will also be required to maintain/update the staff information database relating to Compliance/training. A good command of the written word is imperative as are attention to detail, good punctuation, grammar and basic proof reading skills. The ideal candidate will be conscientious, organised and a team player with an excellent eye for detail. Whilst acting as assistant to the Operations Manager you will need to use your initiative and make decisions for yourself.
