Our client has an immediate requirement for a friendly and professional events administrator to join their team on a temporary, part-time basis.
You will be required to work 18.5 hours per week and will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
You will be involved in front of house/reception duties, meeting and greeting, help setting up meetings and events, dealing with delegates and assisting with their requirements. Preparing and issuing name badges, carrying out research and providing refreshments is a large part of the role. You must have superb customer facing skills, be calm and professional.
As they are based in a rural location, own transport is going to be essential.
