Project Administrator

Full Time, Temporary Milton Keynes £9.13 per hour Ref No: IPRS5472

Our client has a temporary ongoing vacancy for a Project Administrator. The role is working 08.30am to 5.30pm and has an immediate start.

The role
 Contacting customer sites and confirming attendances
 Processing documentation incoming and outgoing
 Dealing with internal/ external telephone enquiries
 Entry of accurate data into customers bespoke database
 Extracting of data from systems and prepare and present findings and analysis in reports
 Use of bespoke systems and other internal systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel
 End of day/ weekly reporting including fulfilling KPI’s
 Maintaining an overview of the customer project in terms of both scope and timescales
 Support the Project Coordinator and/ or Senior Project Coordinator with administrative tasks required

Requirements
 High attention to detail and level of focus
 Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
 Excellent organisation and communication skills
 Able to work independently and within a large team
 Adaptive and have a flexible approach to a range of tasks
 Proven experience in an IT data entry role and familiarity with POS terminology is desirable but not essential
 IT literate, including MS Office Package and proven experience in system management
