Our client has a full-time temporary vacancy for a Purchase Ledger Clerk. This role is initially expected to last till 30 August 2019. The main aspects of the role are:
Record all Travel and Subsistence claims. Adding all details of claims including dates of travel, mileage, flight costs and food etc. to database.
Scanning of Travel and Subsistence claims
Corporate card journal posting. Scanning and attaching documents to then file of the Corporate Card statements.
Electronic distribution of scanned invoices for approval.
Distribution of emails from Purchase Ledger Inbox.
