Our client has a temporary vacancy with an immediate start for a Receptionist to provide reception cover. The hours are 8.30am till 5pm, Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch. This role is initially expected to last for one month.
The role involves:
• Booking in visitors
• General office administration, photocopying, scanning, filing.
• Data input
• Order batching
• Good standard of numeracy and literacy
• Positive and friendly approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organisation skills
• Team player
