Our client has a permanent full time vacancy for a Training Administration Assistant. You will be working 37 hours per week, 9am to 5.30pm, Mon to Thurs, 9am to 4.30pm Fri.
Work in the shared Training mailbox processing emails whilst adhering to set processes and procedures.
Training and Competency System database updating and maintenance.
Input new joiners’ qualifications and training records.
Using the Training database
Liaising with training providers
Handling delegate queries
Ensuring attendance and feedback is monitored for all courses
Assist with Training Room diary management, including arranging refreshments and lunch vouchers or lunches as required.
Prepare Training Cabin rooms for training and meetings and clear away afterwards as required.
Create and enrol new users to the e-Learning portal.
Prepare and maintain directory of contacts for training services.
Maintain office supplies and assist with upkeep of printers and other office devices.
Any other ad-hoc administration support that may be required by the department.
Greet visitors to the training facility & provide refreshments as required.
Screen HR & Training Department incoming calls and direct or take messages as necessary.
Minimum 6 months experience in administration
Some experience of customer care
Working to deadlines whilst maintaining quality and high standards
Proven experience of working as part of a team
Capable of working with minimum supervision
Experience of working in a pressurised, demanding environment
Experience of Outlook, MS Word and Excel
Excellent organisation & planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to apply a diverse range of communication techniques
Sound analytical and problem solving skills
Evidence of ability to effectively prioritise and manage work
Evidence of excellent presentation skills
Excellent Keyboard skills
