Our client provides a range of products for outdoor leisure pursuits and has an excellent opportunity for a Warranty Technician to join their team.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the company warranty procedures and servicing roles are functioning correctly; that customer claims are being processed fairly and are assessed as per the supplier’s warranty procedures; and to assist the Warranty Manager with stock records and the day to day running of the Warranty Department. Previous office experience is desirable, or previous experience in a customer facing role, perhaps gained through working in retail.
It’s an interesting role with lots of opportunity for development for the right person. You will need to be a real cycle enthusiast and ideally possess Cytech level 1 training. You would need to be PC literate as a lot of your work would be computer based and you should have a confident telephone manner as you will be spending lots of time on the phone to our dealers and customers.
