Our client has a permanent vacancy for a bright, creative and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to
support their Head of Marketing. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll get involved in everything from creating social media content and running campaigns to organising events and liaising with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and create content for social media channels, including videos, graphics and written posts.
• Plan and maintain the social media content calendar.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Write, proofread, and upload content for press releases, blogs, newsletters, emails and the website.
• Organise and attend firm events, including seminars, corporate events, and external networking events and maintain the event calendar.
• Order, update, and maintain branded promotional materials and stationery.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and measure their performance for reporting to partners.
• Maintain the marketing inbox and internal communications.
• Arrange staff photos, profiles and video sessions.
• Liaise with internal departments, charity partners, suppliers and clients.
• Respond to client reviews.
• Support the Head of Marketing with daily tasks, reporting and data analysis.
About You
You’re ambitious and full of ideas. You’re a fast learner, comfortable with technology and keen to develop your marketing skills. Ideally, you’ll have a formal marketing qualification and at least 12 months’ experience in a marketing role.
Skills & Qualities:
• Digital marketing skills, including video creation (e.g., Canva)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written communication, with impeccable spelling and grammar
• Creative mindset, happy to propose new ideas
• Team player, adaptable and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Your own car and driving licence
