Telesales Executive

Our client has a vacancy for Telesales Executive to provide a focus on processing incoming telephone and email sales orders and providing technical information and back up service for market-leading products. Reporting to the Telesales Manager, the successful candidate will have experience in managing their own workload, be confident in providing expert technical advice on products and be able to manage multiple tasks seamlessly. You will need to be an enthusiastic team player with a proven track record of achieving their goals. The role involves, but is not limited to: • Processing inbound sales calls. • Processing inbound sales emails. • Calling customers with sales offers and new product information. • Offering expert technical advice on all our products. • Liaising with our Brand and Sales teams to ensure our customers are fully supported You’ll enjoy dealing directly with customers and have proven experience of this. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills (good written and spoken English are essential for this role) and be familiar with Microsoft Office products. A working knowledge of Road and MTB bikes is important. Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
