Our client has a vacancy for a Senior Administrator (Executive Development Coordinator) to support the Learning Delivery and Operations team. This role is initially offered as a 6 month fixed term contract, but is likely to be extended beyond this. You will be dealing with external and internal customers. This role will provide efficient and accurate project and programme support within the Learning Delivery & Operations team to enable a high quality delivery of executive development programmes. To be successful in this role you will require strong administrative experience at a senior level. This role has extensive contact with external (delegates and sponsors) and internal stakeholders (academic staff, and other service departments). You should be highly motivated, be able to work independently, and be able to manage a varied and demanding workload. The role requires excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills with close attention to detail and proactive management of financial processes.
