Our client has a permanent, full time vacancy for a Supply Chain Administrator. The role is working 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. You will be progressing open purchase orders, investigating customer needs and ordering stock and liaising with supplying factories to fulfil customer demand to maintain service levels. You will liaise with customers for future demands, utilize reports to establish trends in demand and supply. Key Responsibilities: • Ordering stock • Liaising with supplying factories to fulfil customer demand • Maintaining service levels • Assisting in the achievement of company objectives and KPIs. • Working and manipulating reports on the system (Qlikview) • Updating order lines within the system (Movex) • Checking stock within Europe • Sending updated information to all company stakeholders Requirements: • Strong attention to detail • Supply chain experience • Prioritisation and Organisation Skills • Proficient with MS Office • Keen to learn • Team player Benefits and package: In addition to working for a well-established global business, you will have a competitive annual salary, have free Parking and provided with free lunches every day.
