Our client has a full time vacancy for an Executive Development Sales Advisor. Working 37 hours per week, the role is a 2 year fixed term contract, with some flexibility with the hours worked. You will develop and manage new and existing client relationships to build a pipeline of programme bookings, to ensure that revenue targets are achieved. Working within a tightly integrated sales and marketing team, the role holder will have a primary responsibility for a number of open programmes and will follow up leads to build sales pipelines. Requirements • Degree (or equivalent) level education and/or significant relevant experience at a professional level • Substantial experience in sales or account management in a professional services or other B2B environment • Experience of providing high levels of customer service in a B2B environment • Experience of using a CRM system for account and pipeline management • Appreciation of the demands of management and leadership and the type of development requirements clients might have • Sales techniques and processes • Pipeline management and sales forecasting • Account management strategies and processes • A good degree of commercial acumen and understanding of business • Able to grasp concepts and opportunities quickly • Passionate about learning • Credible in a trusted advisor role with senior client stakeholders • Calm under pressure A collaborative team player who thrives in an ambitious business development environment Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
