Paralegal Property Litigation

Our client has a vacancy for a Paralegal to be part of their Property Litigation. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates with conveyancing experience looking to progress into a paralegal role outside of conveyancing! We will also consider candidates with legal qualifications – especially property litigation or other dispute resolution experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and very experienced Dispute Resolution team. The role will involve dealing with the following work, which ideally you will have experience in - • Residential property litigation to include property repossessions, boundary disputes, rights of ways disputes, adverse possession claims and covenant issues • Commercial property litigation to include lease renewals and dilapidation claims Essential skills for this role include attention to detail and excellent time management, a methodical approach to work, a professional and attentive telephone manner along with first-rate communication skills as client contact will be considerable. Experience of dealing with residential property sales would be desirable, but not essential. Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
