Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Customer Service Assistant to efficiently take/make inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer service levels are carried out to the highest possible standard. You will process customers’ orders through various channels (Electronic, Telephony) be first point of contact for customers for any query resolution, returns and ordering, successfully following all office processes efficiently.
• An excellent and enthusiastic phone manner, backed up by effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Great ability to build strong working relationships with customers.
• The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a larger, dedicated team.
• The ability to work well under pressure and remain calm during busy periods.
