Our well established client has a permanent vacancy for a Marketing Administrator to provide administrative and support to the marketing team. This will encompass day-to-day administration working with the wider team to help stream-line the efficiency of the marketing department. There is a need for a creative and flexible person to be involved in marketing campaigns and the wider marketing aspects of the business. The role • Event booking and organisation – Book, communicate and liaise with staff responsible and liaise with event organisers. • Show & event preparation – Managing items needed for various shows and events, preparing, arranging delivery, and logging in and out. • Booking items for company events and conferences – event requirements, catering, delegate details, agendas, etc. • Meeting/hotel booking for events. • Show equipment – Management and logging. • Management of company photographic image libraries. • Press stories – Record all press/PR and adverts by date on the marketing spreadsheet and copy/scan all press stories for uploading to web-site and communicate to social media implementers. • Promotional materials – Ordering and stock management, including company literature, calendar and diaries. • Staff newsletter – collation of articles and staff reminders. • Company Calendar – updating with event and meeting dates. • Mail responses and data input into CRM. • Manage mailings – both short internal and large external mail merges and postal output. • Business card creation and distribution. • Help create PowerPoint and presentations for company events.
